Description
Kia Ora Sauvignon Blanc is a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, a classic example of the style. On the nose, passion fruit, grapefruit, gooseberry and green pepper. The palate is fresh, with a herbaceous line and a characteristic minerality. Serve at 8–10 °C. It pairs with oysters, steamed mussels, scallops, ceviche and baked cod, as well as goat cheese salads, grilled asparagus and Thai dishes with lemongrass.
