Description
Jose Cuervo Especial Reposado is a Mexican tequila from the Cuervo house. Made from blue agave juice and rested in oak casks, it takes on a golden hue and a balanced profile. The colour is golden amber. On the nose, sweet roasted agave, vanilla, caramel and light spice. The palate is soft, round and harmonious, with ripe agave, wood and warming spice. The finish is long and enveloping. Serve at room temperature in narrow caballito glasses or tasting glasses. It works with salt and lime, in cocktails, and alongside a good cigar.
