Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey brings together the classic Jack Daniel's Old No. 7, charcoal-mellowed through sugar maple, and a natural honey liqueur. The honey softens the strength and adds depth. The colour is amber gold. On the nose, natural honey, flower nectar, ripe vanilla, caramel and oak with a light wisp of smoke. The palate is velvety and soft: honeyed sweetness gives way to cinnamon and warming wood. The finish is long, with a honeyed echo and a light peppery edge. Serve in a heavy rocks glass over ice. It pairs with creamy desserts, sweet pastry, fruit platters and piquant blue cheeses.
