Description
IZY Chardonnay IGP Pays d'Oc is a light dry white from the south of France, made in an easy everyday style. On the nose, ripe yellow apple, pear and citrus. The palate is fresh and fruity, without excess weight. Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C. It suits baked white fish, prawns, squid and mussels, light vegetable salads and courgette dishes, chicken breast in a white sauce and young soft cheeses.
