Grandial Blanc de Blancs Brut

Grandial Blanc de Blancs Brut is a French dry sparkling wine made by traditional methods. Blanc de Blancs means "white from whites": it is produced entirely from Chardonnay, which gives it finesse, citrus notes and good structure. The nose is fine and expressive: ripe citrus such as lemon and grapefruit, white acacia blossom, green apple and light mineral nuances. On the palate it is lively and dry, with balanced acidity, an elegant creamy texture and a long, refreshing finish. Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C in tall, narrow flutes. It works as an aperitif and pairs with oysters, mussels and grilled prawns, white fish baked with herbs, and canapés with caviar or goat cheese.
