Description
Graf Ledoff Cranberry is a bitter tincture at 40% ABV, made from natural cranberry juice and Alpha-class spirit. The character is northern and unmistakable. The palate is refreshing and tart, with the typical cranberry tang and a warming finish. The nose is clean and berry-driven. The colour is a deep ruby red, and the berry base softens the strength. Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C in 30–50 ml shot glasses. It pairs with roast pork, tongue, baked meat and game, with pelmeni, blini and pickles, with lightly salted or smoked salmon and trout, and with sharp hard cheeses.
