Graf Ledoff Blackcurrant is a bitter tincture with a pronounced berry character. The profile is bright and concentrated: ripe blackcurrant with its typical berry tang and a firm, slightly astringent edge. Serve chilled at 10–15 °C, which lets the berry aroma open up fully. It can be drunk neat from small glasses as an aperitif or digestif, and its bright flavour and colour also carry well in long drinks with ice and tonic. At the table it suits game, roast pork and grilled meat, sharp hard cheeses and blue cheeses, dark chocolate and berry pies.
