Gold Country California Colombard-Chardonnay 2021 is a light dry white from California. It blends two varieties: Colombard brings crisp acidity and citrus lift, Chardonnay adds softness and ripe fruit. On the nose, citrus and green apple; the palate is fresh and easy-drinking, with a short, clean finish. Serve at 8–10 °C. It suits grilled white fish, prawns, mussels and squid, summer salads and asparagus dishes, roast chicken breast, feta and young goat cheeses.
