Glenmorangie 14 Years Old 'The Quinta Ruban' is a Highland single malt Scotch. Distilled in the tallest stills in Scotland, which give it lightness and clarity, it is then finished in Portuguese port pipes that add depth and velvety softness. The colour is amber-pink with ruby lights. On the nose, dark chocolate, tangerine, orange peel, mint and walnut. The palate is velvety and full-bodied, with baked fruit, orange marmalade, nutmeg and spiced oak. The finish is long, with mint and chocolate accents. Serve at room temperature in a tulip glass or a tasting rocks glass; a few drops of water open the aroma. It pairs with dark chocolate desserts, dried fruit and nuts.
