Glenfiddich 21 YO Gran Reserva Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Description

Glenfiddich 21 YO Gran Reserva is a single malt Scotch from the Dufftown distillery. Twenty-one years in oak followed by a finish in Caribbean rum casks give it depth and a distinct Caribbean signature. The colour is deep golden amber. The nose is rich: vanilla, banana, fig, toffee and light oak. On the palate it is soft and complex, with spice, leather, oak and a citrus tang that turns into tropical fruit sweetness. The finish is long, warm and dry. Best neat as a digestif at room temperature, from a tulip glass (Glencairn) or a snifter. It pairs with aged cheeses, bitter chocolate or a cigar.
