Description
Georg Steinmetz Pinot Blanc Trocken 2021 is a dry Pinot Blanc from Rheinhessen in Germany. On the nose, ripe yellow apple, pear and citrus. The palate is clean and fresh, with a delicate acidity and a light mineral edge. Serve at 8–10 °C. It suits baked pike-perch and sea bream, grilled prawns, mussels in cream sauce, salads with goat cheese and asparagus, and chicken breast or rabbit in a white sauce.
