Description
Freixenet Pinot Grigio Garda DOC is a dry white wine made by the Spanish house Freixenet from Pinot Grigio grown in the Italian Garda DOC region. The style is elegant, fresh and clean, with a clear fruit character. On the nose it shows ripe green apple, white pear, citrus and soft floral tones. On the palate it is balanced and refreshing, with delicate acidity and a clean finish. Serve chilled at 8–10 °C. It pairs with prawns, mussels and squid, baked white fish, sushi, light vegetable salads and young soft cheeses, and works well as an aperitif.
