Description
Freixenet Ice Rosé Cava is a Spanish rosé sparkling wine made to be served over ice — a brut from the Freixenet house, pale pink in colour. On the nose, red berries: raspberry, blackberry and ripe strawberry. The palate is fresh and balanced, with gentle sweetness and a light finish. Chill the bottle to 6–8 °C and pour into wide glasses with a couple of ice cubes. It works as an aperitif and pairs with sushi, grilled prawns, salmon carpaccio, soft cheeses and berry desserts.
