Espolòn Tequila Blanco is a Mexican tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave in the highlands of Jalisco — crystal clear and unaged. The nose is led by sweetish roasted agave, tropical fruit, lemon zest and delicate pepper. The palate is clean, balanced and soft, with fresh agave, citrus and herbal accents. The finish is clean and bracing. Serve chilled in narrow caballito glasses or tasting glasses. It works with the classic salt-and-lime ritual and as a base for a Margarita or Paloma.
