Dead Man's Fingers Coconut Rum

Description

Dead Man's Fingers Coconut Rum is a British rum built on classic Caribbean spirits with natural coconut added. The taste is velvety, dominated by ripe coconut flesh and vanilla with light touches of spice. The full coconut character and gentle sweetness make it good on its own: chilled, or in a Rocks glass over a couple of large ice cubes. In mixes it is the base of tropical classics: Pina Colada with pineapple juice and coconut cream, coconut cola with plenty of ice and a wedge of lime, combinations with tonic, soda or ginger ale. Serve it chilled — in tall Highball glasses or in tumblers over ice. It goes with fresh tropical fruit: pineapple, mango, passion fruit and banana; with desserts — vanilla ice cream, coconut flakes, cheesecakes and white chocolate baking; with light seafood dishes in curry or sweetish sauces.
