Description
Cuerpo White Rum is a white rum at 37.5%, made above all as a base for cocktails. Careful distillation and filtration give it a clean character. The nose is light and fresh, with cane sugar, gentle sweetness and a faint citrus edge. The palate is dryish, soft and round, with no harsh spirit notes. The finish is short and refreshing. It works in a Cuba Libre with cola, ice and lime juice, in a Mojito with mint, cane sugar and soda, and in mixes with pineapple or orange juice. Chilled, over ice with a wedge of lime, it also drinks easily on its own — with seafood canapés, grilled prawns, pineapple and melon.
