Cormòns Collio Sauvignon is a dry white from the prestigious Italian region of Collio in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. On the nose, elderflower, peach and meadow herbs; on the palate, depth, minerality and an elegant finish. Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C. It pairs with grilled sea bream and sea bass, baked squid, prawns in garlic butter, asparagus risotto and young goat cheeses.
