Collezione Insieme Pinot Grigio is an Italian dry white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio. Light, mineral and refreshing, with a clean fruit profile — an easy everyday bottle. On the nose it offers ripe green apple, juicy pear, white flowers and light citrus nuances. On the palate it is dry and eminently drinkable, with delicate acidity and a clean, bracing finish. Serve chilled at 8–10 °C. It pairs with prawns, squid and mussels, baked white fish, sushi, vegetable salads and young goat cheeses.
