Collezione Insieme Pinot Grigio is an Italian dry white made entirely from Pinot Grigio. The style is light, refreshing and mineral, with a clean fruit profile. The bouquet is delicate and fresh: white flowers, crisp green apple and ripe pear with light citrus accents. The palate is harmonious, dry and easy-drinking, with a fine edge of acidity and a clean, bracing finish. Pairs with prawns, squid, mussels and shellfish, with grilled white fish, sushi and rolls, and with vegetable salads, light canapés and Mediterranean starters. For cheese, choose young and light goat's styles. Serve at 8–10 °C; it also works as an aperitif.
