Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2015 is a New Zealand wine from Marlborough that set the world benchmark for the variety. The nose is intense: passion fruit, grapefruit, lime, green pepper and a fine mineral note. The palate is fresh and layered, with a long finish. Serve at 8–10 °C. It pairs with oysters, mussels, ceviche and scallop carpaccio, with green salads with goat cheese and avocado, and with sushi and sashimi.
