Description
Cloudy Bay Chardonnay 2022 is a dry white from the cool Marlborough region of New Zealand. On the nose, ripe peach, citrus and white flowers, with oak ageing adding nuts, vanilla and a light smokiness. The palate is deep and structured, with a rich texture. Serve at 10–12 °C in a large glass with a wide bowl. Pairings — roast salmon, halibut steak, scallops in cream sauce, herbed chicken, pasta with mushroom sauce and aged cheeses.
