Chartron et Trébuchet Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2022 is a dry red from Burgundy (Bourgogne AOP), 100% Pinot Noir from the 2022 harvest, made by the house of Chartron et Trébuchet, based in Meursault. The bouquet is bright and refined: ripe cherry and sweet cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry, followed by undergrowth, damp earth, dried herbs and a delicate touch of oak with a pinch of spice. On the palate the wine is balanced and fresh, with silky tannins, soft acidity and a lingering berry finish. Pairs with roast duck breast, veal, a classic bourguignon or roast poultry. For cheese, soft Brie and Camembert work well, as does aged Comté. Serve at 14–16 °C.
