Description

Catch & Release Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, mineral white built for the table — it supports a dish rather than competing with it. On the nose, gooseberry, citrus, passion fruit and a note of freshly cut grass. On the palate, refreshing acidity over a mineral core, with a clean, dry finish. Serve well chilled. It pairs with baked cod, grilled sea bass and dorado, with sushi and sashimi, with light green salads with goat cheese, and with seafood pasta or poultry in a light sauce. Use a medium-sized tulip-shaped white wine glass.
