Ca' Val Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut is a dry Italian sparkling wine from Veneto, made from the classic Glera grape. The nose brings green apple, citrus and white flowers together in balance. The palate is bright, fresh and harmonious, with light minerality, a refined perlage and elegant acidity. Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C in a flute or a tulip glass. It works as an aperitif and pairs with smoked salmon canapés, tartlets with cream cheese, oysters, grilled prawns and mussels, delicate white fish with lemon, young soft cheeses and Parmesan.
