Description

Brandy Torres 5 (Solera Imperial) is a Spanish brandy with a soft, harmonious character and a long history. The aroma is fresh and fruity, with notes of ripe berries, pears and apples and nuances of vanilla and caramel. The taste is soft, silky and balanced, with tones of ripe fruit and a light spicy note on a clean finish. Neat it is drunk as an aperitif or a digestif at room temperature from a snifter or a tulip glass; a couple of ice cubes make it lighter. Torres 5 mixes well with cola, apple and cherry juice, and with espresso and syrup it makes the Torres 5 Presso cocktail. Alongside it work dark chocolate, nut pastries, apple pie, cheesecake and crème brûlée, fresh pears and apples, almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts, and after a full lunch or dinner a cup of black coffee.
