Bottega Prosecco DOC Rosé is a rosé sparkling wine from the Bottega house in Veneto, classified as Prosecco DOC Rosé. The style is dry (Brut or Extra Dry) with a delicate perlage, built on a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir. On the nose, ripe wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant come through clearly, framed by fine floral notes and a touch of white apple. On the palate it is balanced and refreshing, with a soft creamy texture, berry acidity and a clean finish. Serve at 6–8 °C. It works as an aperitif and pairs with grilled prawns, oysters and mussels, white fish and sushi, as well as fresh berries and light fruit desserts.
