Borgo Molino Motivo Rosé Extra Dry is a rosé sparkling wine (Spumante) from the Borgo Molino estate in Veneto. The Extra Dry category means a dry wine with a delicate bead and a quiet, well-kept balance, built on a blend of traditional white and red grapes. The nose is led by ripe wild strawberry, forest raspberry and redcurrant, with refined floral nuances behind them. The palate is soft and easy, with a delicate creamy texture, light berry acidity and a refreshing finish. Serve well chilled, at 6–8 °C. It suits an aperitif and pairs with grilled prawns, mussels and scallops, fresh berries, fruit platters and light berry desserts.
