Description
Borgo Molino Ciari Sauvignon Blanc IGT Venezia Giulia is a dry white from northern Italy, from Friuli-Venezia Giulia. On the nose, ripe citrus, peach and gooseberry; on the palate, a refreshing acidity, fine minerality and a light herbaceous note. Serve at 8–10 °C. It pairs well with baked white fish, grilled prawns, mussels and squid, with asparagus and courgette dishes, and with young ricotta and goat cheeses.
