Blue Nun Riesling is a German off-dry white with a long history. The bouquet is fine and fruity-floral, and the palate is refreshing, with an even balance of sweetness and acidity. Serve at 8–10 °C in a classic white wine glass. It pairs with baked salmon, prawns, grilled white fish and sushi, with poultry in a light cream sauce and soft goat cheeses.
