Beronia Viura 2022 is a dry white from Rioja, 100% Viura from the 2022 harvest. It shows the fresh side of the region's classic whites: clean, mineral and easy to drink. The nose is led by white flowers, crisp green apple, ripe pear and citrus, joined by light herbal accents, hints of exotic fruit and refined mineral nuances. The palate is balanced, fresh and rounded, with lively acidity, an agreeable texture and a clean, bracing finish carrying a citrus note. Pairs with grilled prawns, mussels in white wine, squid and oysters, with baked white fish, light fish soups and tartare, and with vegetable salads, sushi and Spanish tapas. For cheese, choose young goat's cheeses or soft creamy styles. Serve at 8–10 °C.
