The palate is harmonious and warming, without unnecessary sharpness. Serve chilled or at room temperature, as you prefer, in stemmed spirit glasses or small tulip-shaped tasting glasses, which hold the clean grape aroma. Chacha goes well with Caucasian cooking: shashlik, spiced meat, aged cheeses and homemade pickles, and it also works as a digestif.
