Description

Aultmore of the Foggie Moss 12 YO is a Speyside single malt. Its spring water passes through the Foggie Moss heather bogs and no peat smoke is used, leaving the spirit its natural clarity and freshness. The colour is pale golden straw. On the nose, meadow flowers, ripe green apple, pear and light grassy accents. The palate is silky, soft and harmonious, with creamy vanilla, white fruit and fine spice. The finish is long, clean and refreshing. Serve neat as an aperitif or digestif at room temperature, from a tulip glass (Glencairn) or a snifter. It pairs with light fish dishes, seafood or creamy cheeses.
