Description
Aquí Sauvignon Blanc Special Selection 2022 is a dry white from Mendoza in Argentina, from vineyards at the foot of the Andes. On the nose, crisp green apple, ripe citrus and tropical fruit with light herbaceous nuances. The palate is clean and bracing, with a mineral finish. Serve at 8–10 °C. It suits grilled prawns, mussels, scallops and squid, green salads with asparagus and goat cheese, poultry with aromatic herbs, and sushi.
