Description
Antigal Uno Chardonnay is a dry white from Mendoza in Argentina. On the nose, ripe tropical fruit, peach, green apple, vanilla and light creamy tones. The palate is dense, with a rounded texture and an oak nuance from ageing. Serve at 10–12 °C in a large glass so the wine can open. It goes well with roast salmon, large prawns and scallops in cream sauce, with poultry and herbed turkey, with creamy mushroom pasta and aged cheeses.
