Anna de Codorníu Blanc de Blancs Cava Brut is a Spanish cava named after the heiress of the winemaking house. Chardonnay leads the blend, joined by Parellada, Macabeo and Xarel·lo. On the nose, citrus, green apple and light floral notes. The palate is elegant and fresh, with a fine fruit line and a delicate perlage. Serve at 6–8 °C in a tulip glass. It makes a fine aperitif and pairs with caviar canapés, oysters, grilled prawns, ceviche and soft cheeses such as brie and camembert.
