Amiryan Collection XO 15 Years is a premium Armenian brandy aged for 15 years, backed by traditional secrets of the craft and the sun of the Ararat valley. The aroma is complex, deep and many-sided: aged oak, ripe dried fruit — prunes and dried apricots — vanilla and fine accents of oriental spice. The taste is velvety, enveloping and rich, balancing sweetness against woody astringency, and moves into a long warming finish. Serve at room temperature, around 20–22 °C, in a classic snifter — a tulip-shaped glass whose wide bowl and narrowing rim gather the aromas of oak, vanilla and fruit. Pour a small measure and hold the glass in your palm: the warmth of the hand makes the notes more expressive. The brandy suits dark bitter chocolate, truffles and creamy desserts, fresh pears and grapes, almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts, and the classic digestif pairing of a cup of black coffee and a cigar.
