Description
Agavita Tequila Blanco is a Mexican tequila from Jalisco, made from blue agave juice. With no oak ageing, it keeps its freshness and vegetal character. The colour is crystal clear. On the nose, freshly cut agave, juicy citrus and light spice. The palate is clean, refreshing, balanced and slightly dry, with sweetish agave, white pepper and herbal nuances. The finish is short and bracing. Serve chilled in narrow caballito glasses or in a rocks glass. It works with salt and a wedge of lime, and as a base for a Margarita or Tequila Sunrise.
